Chris Hillman is a pioneer of the California country rock sound and an honored member of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. As a member of the Byrds, he penned classics like “So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star" with bandmate Roger McGuinn and enjoyed number one hits "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Turn! Turn! Turn!" Chris and Gram Parsons formed the trailblazing Americana group Flying Burrito Brothers and with his life long pal Herb Pedersen, Chris founded the award winning Desert Rose Band, yielding over a dozen country hits including chart toppers “He’s Back And I’m Blue” and “I Still Believe In You.” Herb Pedersen’s recording discography is a who's who of the 1970s and 80s singer songwriter scene, including Dan Fogelberg, Emmylou Harris, Earl Scruggs, Linda Ronstadt, Kris Kristofferson, John Denver and Jerry Garcia. In addition to Desert Rose Band with Chris Hillman, Herb was also in the seminal folk bluegrass band the Laurel Canyon Ramblers. Renowned jazz, country and bluegrass guitarist John Jorgenson reunites with his Desert Rose Bandmates for the Sellersville show!
Local superstar and international spokesman for Martin Guitars Craig Thatcher regularly headlines ST94 and will perform an acoustic opening set.
