(Cabaret section will be cleared for Dancing!)     Celebrating over thirty years as Louisiana’s musical ambassador, The Grammy Winning Buckwheat Zydeco brought Zydeco into the mainstream with top selling albums. Buckwheat has won an Emmy and has made several television appearances including Letterman, The Today Show, CNN, MTV, PBS and BBC. He’s collaborated with many musical peers including Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Keith Richards, Ry Cooder, Wynton Marsallis, Elvis Costello, Dwight Yoakam, Gregg Allman and Robert Plant.
