Since 1971, Don has amassed over 40 gold & platinum records world-wide, was inducted into the Songwriters' Hall of Fame, also charted with the hits “Crying” & "Since I Don't Have You”, and has received critical acclaim for his new album Addicted to Black. Don’s songs have been recorded by artists from every musical genre, including Perry Como ("And I Love You So”), George Michael ("The Grave") & most notably Madonna's #1 cover of "American Pie"
