Two-time Grammy winner Jim Lauderdale is among Nashville's "A" list of writers with songs recorded by the likes of Patty Loveless, George Jones, Dixie Chicks, Dave Edmunds, John Mayall, Kathy Mattea, Lee Ann Womack, Vince Gill and George Strait. Jim also won a pair of Americana Music Association Awards, which he’s subsequently hosted for the last seven years.

Carrie Rodriguez' journey from teenage violin student to touring the world with the likes of Chip Taylor ("Wild Thing”), Lucinda Williams & Alejandro Escovedo, which has resulted in a prodigious output of recordings - eight albums in as many years including her latest Love & Circumstance.
