This privacy statement describes our current privacy practices, as of the date above, with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with us, our website, and our social media sites. By using our website, you acknowledge and understand our privacy statement and consent to the information gathering and its use as described here.

Information we collect

2)  Credit card and billing information if you purchase something from us, either by phone or through our 3rd party booking engines

We do not share your information with any other 3rd parties .

We understand the importance of online security and are constantly evaluating our practices and those of our online purchase partners. We are PCI compliant and have regular external vulnerability scans. Our servers are protected with a multilayered firewall based security system.

What you can do regarding your information?
1)  You can get information regarding your stored data by calling us at 215-257-3122 ext 224 or emailing at ebrick@st94.com. You have the right to request that it be deleted or corrected.
2)  You can unsubscribe from our emails by calling 215-257-3122 ext 223 or by following the instructions on our emails.
3)  You can decline cookies in you web browser settings and delete cookies that have already been placed on your computer or other devices.
4)  You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking. Google has developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; if you want to opt out of Google Analytics, you can download and install the add-on for your web browser here.

Q: What are the Box Office Hours?

A: We open Monday through Saturday at 10 AM and Sunday at 12 PM. On days when there is no show the Box Office closes at 5 PM. On days when there is a show we answer phones until 7 PM and take walk up sales until 9 PM.

Q: How do I pick up my tickets at Will Call?

A: Will Call is located at the Box Office in the theater lobby. You can pick up Will Call tickets any time after 5 PM on the day of the show. Give your name and have a driver’s license ready.

Q. How do I buy tickets?

A: There are three ways to purchase tickets: securely online, by phone at 215-257-5808 and in person at the theater Box Office, located at 24 W Temple Ave in Sellersville, PA.

Q: How do I use a coupon or gift certificate?

A: Please call us to use your coupon or gift certificate. When you order your tickets, always mention that you have one. Your tickets will be held at Will Call in the box office until we receive your coupon or gift certificate. You may bring it with you and pick your tickets up the night of the show. (Please note, we must take credit card information even if you are paying in full with a gift certificate. If you fail to bring us the remainder of payment by show time, we will charge your credit card what is owed.)

Q: How do I get the best seats?

A: All seats are good seats at ST94! We hold the Cabaret seats and first four rows for Sellersville Theater Members until one month prior to the show. To purchase the Member Section before the one month mark, add a Membership to your order! If the Member Section is still available within one month of the show, non members may purchase or upgrade. There is a $6.50 per ticket fee to upgrade. If you are upgrading to the Cabaret where the ticket price is higher, a balance will also be owed.

Q: What is the “Cabaret?”

A: The stage side area of our theater is a flat, flexible use space that can be cleared for dancing or can accommodate two rows of cocktail tables and chairs. A premium price usually applies for seating in this “Cabaret” area. Theater Members can purchase these seats before the general public.

Q: Why is there a processing fee on each ticket?

A: The $6.50 per ticket processing fee helps defray the costs of staffing our box office with a friendly, efficient team, processing sales and paying for the software that brings you real time ticketing. It is applied when you purchase tickets online or over the phone. If you place your order over the phone, but pick your tickets up in person, the fee will be applied. The fee is waived for in person sales at our Box Office. Our fee is one of the lowest of comparable theaters in our region.

Q: Do you sell less expensive tickets at the door or partway into a show?

A: No, tickets are always the publicly listed price.

Q: Do you reprint tickets?

A: Yes! We will happily reprint your tickets free of charge if they are misplaced.

Q: Can I return tickets?

A: All ticket sales are final.

Q: What about parking?

A: Most parking in Sellersville is free! There is a small lot between the Washington House Restaurant and the theater. There is also a municipal lot directly across the street from ST94. However, the lot adjoining the municipal lot is private and the owners charge a small parking fee for upkeep of their property. There is a new municipal gravel lot at the bottom of Lawn Avenue, which is two blocks west of the theater. Enter that lot from the road marked PWWAR. Additionally our neighbors at First Niagara Bank, on Main Street, allow our customers to park in their lot between 7 PM and 7 AM. Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood is free and there are numerous small public lots within two blocks of the theater. If you are interested in free parking, just give yourself a few extra minutes before the show and you are sure to find something close by.

Q: When does the theater open for a show?

A: On show nights, the bar opens about 45 minutes before the show. The theater doors open about 30 minutes before the show. Please note that these times are estimates and schedule delays sometimes occur. Feel free to speak to a House Manager.

Q: Do you sell food or beverages?

A: We have a bar located in our lobby that sells water, soda, coffee, tea, draft and bottled beer, wine by the glass and snacks. Outside food or drink may not be brought into the theater. Our bar is cash only! ST94 Lobby Loot can be purchased with a credit card at our lobby Box Office. Lobby Loot serves as cash at the bar.

Q: What ST94 staff is present during a show?

A: There are one to two House Managers that can be sought out for seating issues, patron issues, etc. There are one to two sound and light engineers running the show on stage. There is a Box Office attendant for Will Call and ticket sales. There are one to two bartenders serving. There are several Volunteer Ushers to help you find your seats.

Q: Are cameras, video cameras or audio equipment allowed?

A: Absolutely no flash photography, video cameras or audio equipment are allowed in the theater. As a standard policy, non flash cameras are allowed at the discretion of the House Manager.

There are a select few shows where the artist may permit taping. If this is the case, a Taper section will be established in the back of the theater. Please let the Box Office know when you purchase a ticket that you will be taping. Taping is at the discretion of the artist, House Manager and sound engineer.

Q: Are backpacks allowed?

A: Backpacks are allowed but you may be asked by a House Manager to show the contents.

Q: Is there an age limit on shows?

A: Typically, there is no age limit. Occasionally, we will post age recommendations on our website for select shows based on content. Inquire with the Box Office before purchasing tickets. Children over two years old require a ticket.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Shirts and shoes are a must and we ask men to wear shirts with sleeves. Neat casual is suggested.

Q: Will I get to meet the artist?

A: It depends! Although a large number of the artists that play ST94 do want to meet their fans after the show, we can make no promises. The meet and greet is entirely up to the artist and usually is decided the night of the show. Ask the House Manager when you arrive!

Q: Where is the closest lodging?

A: The Washington House Hotel, right next door to Sellersville Theater!

Q: How does your Waiting List work?

A: A waiting list will be started for any show that is completely sold out. We will need your name and one phone number (we recommend a cell phone number.) If tickets become available calls will be made starting at the top of the list. We call each person only once. We cannot leave messages! To claim the tickets you need to answer your phone and make payment immediately with credit card information. We cannot hold tickets without payment and we cannot be called back. Our goal is to keep the Waiting List as fair as possible for all patrons!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

A: If the artist can get here – the show will go on! It says so right in their contract!

Q: What happens if a show is cancelled or rescheduled?

A: Every effort will be made to contact all ticket holders via phone or e-mail. During ticket sales we ask for phone and e-mail contact information for this reason. (All customer information collected is kept for in house use only.)

Q: I travel with a government funded Personal Care Attendant. How do I arrange our seats?

Any guest with a disability who purchases a ticket for a show at Sellersville Theater and who will attend the show with the guest’s government funded Personal Care Attendant, the personal care attendant will receive a complimentary seat to the show next to the guest. Requests for this complimentary ticket must be made at the time of the patron’s ticket purchase through the Sellersville Theater Box Office at 215-257-5808.

The building we now know as Sellersville Theater has a rich and colorful history that is directly linked to its neighbor, The Washington House. Over 200 years ago The Washington House began as a small farmhouse built on an ancient Lenni Lenape trail. Owned by Mr. Jan Jenson, it sat on land deeded from William Penn to Mr. Thomas Freame, who transferred 102 acres to Jenson in 1735. The property was later purchased by Samuel Sellers who enlarged the building and made it into a tavern. Henceforth, both the hotel and the town were known as Sellers Tavern. The site became a town center, serving as the first Post Office, hotel and stagecoach stop for the long journey between Bethlehem and Philadelphia.
