The Outlaws

The Outlaws were born to the blue-collar port city of Tampa, Florida in the early 1970s. Earning a reputation as a great live band, they lit up the clubs from Macon to Nashville and honky-tonks throughout the southeast. Following in the footsteps of such great bands as The Allman Brothers and The Eagles, The Outlaws developed their own high-powered, guitar-driven country-rock, complete with exciting self-penned music and stellar three-part harmony. The band’s first three albums The Outlaws, Lady In Waiting and Hurry Sundown – featuring such rock radio favorites as “There Goes Another Love Song,” “Green Grass & High Tides,” “Knoxville Girl” and “Freeborn Man” – would become worldwide gold and platinum landmarks of the Southern Rock era.

For The Outlaws, it’s always been about the music. For more than 40 years, the Southern Rock legends have celebrated triumphs and endured tragedies to remain one of the most influential and best-loved bands of the genre. Today, The Outlaws have new music, new focus and an uncompromising new mission: It’s about a band of brothers bound together by history, harmony and the road. A must-see, powerhouse of accomplished musicians and extraordinary vocalists, Six Gun Sally pays homage to the trendsetter bands of the 70s. The group of seven performs nearly 65 dates a year catering to audiences of all ages with a hankering for good ole southern and classic rock music(a la Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Molly Hatchet, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac) and smokin' hot originals in the same vein.
