Bona fide guitar hero Al Di Meola has been recognized internationally over the past four decades as virtuoso of the highest order. A prolific composer and prodigious six string talent, Di Meola has amassed over 20 albums, while collaborating on a dozen or so others with the likes of the fusion supergroup Return To Forever (with Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke and Lenny White), celebrated acoustic guitar trio featuring fellow virtuosos John McLaughlin and Paco de Lucia, and the Rite of Strings trio with bassist Clarke and violinist Jean-Luc Ponty. While his dazzling technique on both acoustic and electric guitars has afforded him regal status among the hordes of fretboard aficionados who regularly flock to his concerts, the depth of Di Meola's writing along with the soulfulness and his inherent lyricism of his guitaristic expression have won him legions of fans worldwide beyond the guitar aficionado set. 1) View Al Di Meola’s soundcheck with access to sit in the first five rows of seating during soundcheck. Cameras are permissible (no flash please), giving you a chance for never before and never again footage of the intimate time which Al spends preparing with his band in order to provide the audience with a polished and fantastic performance. Video recording is not permitted.
2) After soundcheck, you will meet Al Di Meola and he will sign up to two pieces of your favorite memorabilia. In addition, Al will sign a CD, which we will provide. During that time, you will be able to personally chat with Al.
3) Al Di Meola’s tour representative will capture the moment on your phone or camera while you pose with Al for a photo.
4) Priority access to the merchandise booth prior to the doors opening to the general public.
