Songwriter Vienna Teng returns with her dual-track mini-EP We’ve Got You—her first new music in over a decade—though her fans never left. They’ve filled venues between releases, crowdfunded a music video in hours, and flocked to her “music x climate action” Patreon.
Since her 2002 debut Waking Hour put her on NPR, Letterman, and atop Amazon’s charts, Vienna has released four genre-shifting albums—from chamber folk to electro-pop—building a devoted global following through her inventive songwriting and captivating performances. Her new We’ve Got You pair reflects a decade shaped by climate work, community, and parenthood: two songs with the same title, one indie-pop, one chamber-folk, designed to form an intricate mashup when played together.
Now, Vienna also leads climate action workshops on tour and online, offering what fans call “rocket fuel” and “the perfect antidote to despair” as she opens a compelling new chapter with her audience.
